Construction of the Series – The Soul

An exploration of spiritual duality using incredible amounts of texture and resin to generate visual effects. The process combines color layering to create form and movement, seeking a modern resolution where art is not static but accompanies us on a path of constant change.

With an incredible amount of texture, using resin in multiple ways to generate different visual effects, the first layers are used to strengthen the vivacity of the colors and generate textures in relief, in turn using color as a medium of form and movement.

In a second instance, I use resin as an element of precision to achieve a perfect finish which creates beautiful plays with light. Depending on where the person is positioned when viewing the painting, this dynamic effect is completely favored by both natural and artificial light and makes it very difficult to see the work twice in the same way.

My intention when creating this process is to generate a powerful work in color and very dynamic to interact with. I am looking for a modern and attractive resolution for the current times where art cannot be static and one-dimensional.

In a world of constant movement, it is essential that our art accompanies us on this path of intensity and constant change. For this same reason, I want all my works to concentrate this concept of change so that whoever has it not only buys one work but many. The possibilities are infinite and depend exclusively on the creativity of whoever acquires them to place them in different spaces with different lighting and see the changes.

All the works are created with a great expressive charge and always seeking perfection in the finish.

Unfortunately, the images or videos that one can show on the internet do not manage to faithfully represent the play that my work transmits in person, but thanks to the experience gained with my collectors and trusted people, I can attest that the expressions and reactions that the works generate when seen in person are much more exciting than I could have ever dreamed.
